Business Rules!

On which word did you stress when you read the title? Is it on business or on rules? Both are right as only if you follow the business rules (stress on ‘business’ this time), your business rules (stress on rules now) in the market. Most of the management rules focus on employers like:

Ø     A dog will not hurt you when you hit it with a bone. Use the right weapon to handle people.

Ø     A group of lions led by a donkey can be easily defeated by a group of donkeys led by a lion. Leader is very important.

Ø     If you don’t like a rule-  follow the rule, reach the top, and then change the rule.

But I have tried to propose some rules for employees and they are:

 Rule 1:

When your team leader or boss yells at you, he would have been yelled by his superior. So you are not the only person to get yells.

 Rule 2:

Never exceed your targets as your targets are already in excess.

 Rule 3:

When your boss arranges for an outing, a big(or a tough) project is waiting for you. Make up your mind accordingly.

Rule 4:

When your boss appreciates when you work you would have acted well but if your colleague appreciates your work it means you have really worked well.

And the basic rule is “Don’t  love your company as your company will never love you”( By
Bill Gates ).
