The Outsourced !

This is going to be something about business (outsourcing in specific) in my own terms based on my experience in a BPO for a considerable period. Every company work with a mission to reach a vision and the vision of most of the companies will be to reach the top worldwide. Now based on time, region we can divide the world into some zones like NA (North Atlantic), EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa), and APAC (Asian Pacific). Just imagine a NA borne company trying to establish in APAC, so is this called outsourcing? Not exactly. Then what exactly is outsourcing? Can you get all the resources from a single place?Of course, sometimes you may get, but you will never get the best in everything in a single place. You can get minerals from one country while cheap labor in the other. Outsourcing joins the party here. You use the resources from various countries that suit your business(with minimum investment and maximum profit) and flourish in the market. This applies to producers of software packages to packaged products.

Let me illustrate this.Assume any corporate in this world which is NA borne. The entire administrative operations or other product releases or upgrades might take place from the birth place of the corporate. Its other operations like customer support or marketing might take place from APAC or EMEA countries. Customer support is indispensable as only when the customer is impressed business can be expanded. Marketing can help only for the first time to make a customer but it is only the customer satisfaction which makes that customer a regular customer. So once these operations(in different countries)work in integration, business will  flourish.

This is my view and you can outsource your views as comments!!
