I have seen many people using blandishment as a weapon to get things done in their favor.  But what astonishes me is how people believe these blandishments. We always expect someone to praise us for everything we do. Isn’t it? That is obvious. This feeling was amalgamated in our blood from Stone Age. Even I am no exception for this. But we don’t realize that someone is using our weakness for his progress. That is not the way to progress by the way. If he is really sedulous, he will come up automatically in his life. Because he is not capable of doing that, he is taking rather easier route to climb the ladder. But should we allow this? I think we should not be encouraging it.

                        Be it in our work place, in our living area, or wherever we go, we would always spot someone of this kind. He would say “Yes” for everything. But many people want these sycophants beside them always. But the fact is “When everyone around you says that “You Are Correct”, then you can be assured that You Are Going Wrong Somewhere!!”  Who knows may be those people would have thought they would never get anything right anyway!!
